"Divya is highly knowledgeable about prenatal yoga. She knows well what exercises are good to do during pregnancy and which ones should be avoided thanks to her vast teaching experience as well as constant self learning. This went a long way in putting me at ease while practicing with her during my pregnancy. She always takes the time and effort to explain the benefits of each pose which I really appreciate. She will listen to any concerns, health complaints or conditions you have and is creative at recommending effective modifications to poses. She is also able to suggest poses & props to effectively alleviate pregnancy-related discomfort and pain. She incorporates breathing techniques and meditation into her classes as well leading to a versatile, well-rounded practice. I loved how the classes were tailored to the stage of pregnancy focusing on what is appropriate and best for each trimester including positions that might help during labor. Apart from being amazing as a Yoga instructor, Divya is also very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to, which makes one really look forward to her classes."
