Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
- All sessions must be paid in advance.
- Fees may vary depending on the service type (group, one-on-one, prenatal/postnatal, therapy, corporate).
- Session packages are valid only for the month purchased and do not roll over to the next month.
- Payment receipts will be shared via email or WhatsApp after successful payment.
- International payments may be subject to additional bank or processing fees.
Booking & Scheduling
- One-on-one sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Group classes must be booked in advance to confirm participation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the session.
- Cancelled sessions can be reused within the same calendar month only.
- Monthly packages do not roll over to the next month.
- No refunds are offered for missed or late-cancelled sessions.
Emergency Cancellations
- Emergency cancellations(only 2) may be accommodated up to two times per month.
- Additional last-minute cancellations will be considered a used session.
No-Shows
- No-shows or absence without prior notice will be treated as a completed session.
