DIVYA KUMAR
Founder & Lead Yoga Therapist
Divya’s journey into yoga began at the age of 18, guided by curiosity and a desire for deeper self-awareness. Over the years, this curiosity evolved into a dedicated practice rooted in discipline, healing, and lifelong learning. After years of practice under her guru, Divya completed her first formal teacher training in 2014. While balancing a demanding corporate career, yoga became her foundation for physical resilience and mental clarity. Extended work hours and recurring health challenges eventually led her to reassess her priorities and return fully to the path of yoga. In 2018, Divya consciously chose to dedicate herself to teaching and therapeutic yoga, focusing on sustainable health rather than quick fixes. Her approach integrates traditional yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic understanding, emphasizing safety, breath awareness, and mindful movement. Inspired by the yogic principle “Santosha Anuttamah Sukha Labhah”—contentment brings incomparable happiness—Divya’s classes encourage students to listen to their bodies, move with awareness, and cultivate balance both on and off the mat.

Under the guidance of his mentor, Shreyash began practicing yoga and experienced steady improvements in strength, posture, and mental well-being. Motivated by these changes, he chose to deepen his practice and completed his 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore.
