Classes are conducted live online (1-on-1 or group), allowing you to practice safely and comfortably from your own space, with individual attention and guidance.
Absolutely. DivyaaK Yoga is especially supportive for beginners. You’ll be guided step-by-step by an experienced teacher, with practices adapted to your comfort level. Whether your goal is flexibility, strength, stress relief, or mental calm, sessions are designed to help you progress safely and confidently.
Yes — and often better than expected. Live online sessions allow real-time observation, verbal cues, and posture corrections. Many students find online yoga more consistent and effective due to comfort, privacy, and focused attention.

Both 1-on-1 and group classes are approximately 60 minutes, including warm-up, practice, breathing, and relaxation.
You can choose between pay-per-session options, monthly packages, or family and friends group plans. Details are shared on enquiry to ensure the best fit for your needs.
No. Monthly packages are valid only within the same month and do not roll over.
- 1-on-1 sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
• Group classes should be booked in advance.
• Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the session.
• Cancelled sessions must be used within the same month.
• Emergency rescheduling is allowed up to two times per month.
Group classes are teacher-specific. For 1-on-1 sessions, you’ll be matched based on your goals and availability. You’re always welcome to ask questions before starting.
A private 1-on-1 session & group classes are 1 hour long with approximately 55 minutes of yoga.
